In addition, you can participate in a kickboxing class at local gyms, or purchase a kickboxing video to engage in at home. Martial arts is becoming increasingly popular within the United States. In actuality, around 2.38 million American people (ages 6 and above), participate in martial arts as a form of fitness. And, this form of fitness has many benefits.

Stress Reduction: The first benefit of kickboxing is the fact that it is a known stress reducer. You will also begin to feel an increase in positivity and happiness as more endorphins are released. So, if you want to feel good during your workout and afterwards, try kickboxing!

Calories And Energy: It’s no surprise that kickboxing burns an ample amount of calories. To be more specific, kickboxing can burn up to 800 calories per hour. It also increases and jumps your metabolism, which is ideal for weight loss. Lastly, kickboxing gives you more energy! You’ll have energy that will last you all day!
