Here in the United States, far too many people are living wholly sedentary lifestyles. From children to adults, far too few people are getting up and moving and exercising on a regular basis. There is no doubting the fact that this can take a considerable toll on health, especially as time continues to pass on, and the data that has been gathered on the subject more than supports this concern.
